Valdespino Pedro Ximenez Sherry Vinegar

PX Sherry vinegar, aged in old Pedro Ximenez casks imparting a mellow, rich, complex flavour to the resultant vinegar. Intense and honeyed, with aromas of dried fig, almond, and raisin. 

Perfect for caramelising onions, or use as you'd use a balsamic vinegar.
