Sailor's Home Whiskey - The Journey

Launched in late 2020, Sailor's Home is a range of blended Irish whiskies, showcasing a number of styles that are carefully blended by industry legend Jack O'Se and named after The Sailor's Home in Limerick. From malt and grain, to Irish pot still whiskey, Sailor's Home uses a variety of casks to age is spirits, including bourbon, rum and sherry casks.

A fruity, sweet Irish whiskey from Sailor's Home, The Journey is a combination of whiskies that have been matured in bourbon barrels and virgin American oak barrels, and finished in a combination of bourbon barrels and Jamaican rum casks. Aromas of fudge, coffee, vanilla custard and sweet apricot preserve fill the nose, complemented by notes of apple crumble, cinnamon and banana bread throughout the palate.
