Papillon - Pinot Noir

Dry, red wine made in Slovakia from Slovak  organic certified grapes. Ripe red fruits aromas, full body wine with freshness at the end. The wine was ageing 1 year in oak barrels in volcanic tuff cellar.

As in all their wines, fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, botteled by gravity. Made with love, respecting grapes and without additives.
