Papillon - Maceration Sauvignon

Dry, orange wine made in Slovakia from Slovak  organic certified grapes. Skin contact – macerated 10 days on skin then aged 9 months in concrete egg. You can find leechis aromas, floral – roses aromas, with almond aromas in the background. Wine has gentle taste and amazing aromatics. At the end you can feel soft tannins and hazelnuts. Without added sulfur.

As in all their wines, fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, bottled by gravity. Made with love, respecting grapes and without additives.
