Papillon - Bublinky

Dry, white sparkling wine made in Slovakia from Slovak grapes.  Elegant subtle bubbles, complex taste, full body. You feel in taste apricots and white flowers. Made by the “pétillant naturel” method. First fermentation finished spontaneously in the bottle. Disgorged by hand. Wine was ageing 2 years in bottles on fine lees.

As in all their wines, fermentation is spontaneous, wine is unfiltered, unfined, bottled by gravity. Made with love, respecting grapes and without additives.
