50% Grenache Gris, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Macabeu from 15 year old vines located Estagel, in the hills of the Pyrenees. This is a wine with excellent balance, freshness and depth, a wine rather intended for the table.

Unfined unfiltered with a small S02 addition before bottling.
