Champagne Val Frison, Lalore - Blanc de Blancs

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Lalore by Val Frison is made of 100% Chardonnay from the vineyards of the village of Ville sur Arce. On the Cotes des Bar. No filtration, spontaneous malolactic fermentation and use of indigenous yeasts are the rule in the cellar for the realisation of this cuvee, with 6 months of aging on yeasts in barrels and other 16 sur lattes, producing a creamy, luxurious champagne.

The Blanc de Blancs Lalore is an elegant and graceful Champgen, an excellent interpretation of the vine in the Cotes des Bar: a delicate nose of fresh white fruit, rose, grapefruit with stronger notes of cream and hazelnuts: and a delicate but expressive mouth with an excellent freshness and minerality.
