Cap de Nit ‘Negre’

A light-medium bodied red wine. Notes of red cherries and cola with a peppery and herbaceous finish. Perfect lightly chilled.

Grape: Giró, aged in amphora for 12 months.

About the winery:

Cap de Nit is produced in the Alicante town of Alcalali by Joshua Knieses, a young German winemaker with an knack for understanding the land in a very special way. He has discovered in the region of Marina Alta an ideal enclave to apply his acquired knowledge, which truly shows in his unique wines.
