Emil Bauer ‘Sex, Drugs & Rock 'n' Roll’ Riesling

Classic style of Pfalz Riesling which is a relatively warm region for Germany - creating a perfectly balanced, fruit forward, exciting white wine. Crisp and fresh, with those typical flavours of citrus fruits, minerality and some crunchy green apples. A refreshing dry finish, too.

Emil Bauer are a historic estate, but when they decided to modernise and with it change their labels there was an outcry! However, the quality of the wine is undisputed. Emil Bauer produce wonderful dry German Rieslings, many of which with a characteristically crisp acidity, and expressive peach and lychee fruit.
