Adoria - Brut Nature

Adoria Vineyard is run by its owner, Mike Whitney. He was born among California’s vineyards and [subsequently moved together with his family to Washington in a time where vineyards there were starting to challenge the Californian once for best vineyards] in 1995 he settled in Poland with the ambition to combine his love and knowledge for wine with the ideal conditions of south-western Poland. 

Produced using the traditional Champagne method 100% Chardonnay with aging in bottles for 12 months on fine lees undergoing a second fermentation. Upfront lemon zest, ripe apples and pears with brioche, biscuit, and bread. Complex layered sparkling wine.
